grand wedding 'betrothal expires' incorrectly when large age gap

Description​

- I arranged betrothal and grand wedding between my adult son (independent ruler) and top lieg's 5yo daughter
- when top liege's daughter is 8, I get an angry letter from her telling me I haven't arranged the grand wedding in time (Grand wedding: betrothal expired' event)
- unclear whether that's because the game thinks my son is too old now? He's 24 or so
- clearly a bug as I was not given an opportunity to organise a grand wedding with underage bride

Steps to reproduce​

- arrange a grand wedding between two parties with a large age gap, and see whether the AI calls it off?
- in the attached file it happens within a few months
