Grand Wedding debuff´s don´t disappear

Description​

The debuff´s "Cold Feet" and "Waiting for the night of the wedding" don´t disappear even though my character is married to the selected spouse and does have children with her.

Steps to reproduce​

I planned the grand wedding as the father (emperor) of my recent character which was a landed ruler (king) in my empire by that time being. The spouse was lowborn and unlanded courtier outsite of my empire. The wedding was set in the empire´s capital so the spouses had to travel there, which happened without problems. As the grand wedding was going on the step for the wedding night occured but since my heir was a landed ruler the two spouses left the grand wedding in the capital to travel back to my heirs capital. This triggered an ingame event which i sadly cant qoute from memory but i guess it was the event that triggered the "cold feet" debuff for my heir. At first i thought, that the wedding was cancelled but after i checked that my heir was married i kept playing on. Time has gone it´s way, im playing as my heir now that is having 3 kids and i just realised that the debuff´s are still active (see pictures).
