Grand Wedding target out of diplomatic range

Description​

I promised my heir a grand wedding. He comes into power and his marriage target has been outside of diplomatic range for several years. Cannot break betrothal without major penalties. No way to send an invitation without extending diplomatic range. Ridiculous.

Steps to reproduce​

Promise a grand wedding. Betrothed will sometimes go adventuring. Has happened to me more than once today
