Grant titles option dimmed out

Here is what happened.

Playing as King of Naples I had a demense of 1 while every other county in my Kingdom was granted away. However I still had Duke titles which I could have granted out but the option to Grant Title was dimmed out and unselectable, i'm guessing because I had no Count titles to give away even though I still had a couple Duke titles available to grant.

Correct. When you have a demesne of 1 you can't give away titles anymore

Even the extra duke titles though? That's WAD?

WAD or too hard to fix, not quite sure which but the end-result is the same: it most likely will remain as it is.

If it is 'bug' it is hardly a gamebreaker, so no urgent need for fixing.
