Title basically says it. My map super zooms out, spins a bit, before turning blue.

Couldn't figure out how to post pictures here, so I linked to screenshots. Have verified game cache, have uninstalled and then redownloaded, have tinkered around with my graphics settings. They are at the lowest possible. Computer also slows down a bit. I have over 30 hours clocked in, without an issue, and now this has happened.

Was this triggered by the 1.0.3 patch, or just happened with no obvious trigger?

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach your Documents/Paradox/Imperator/pdx_settings.txt.
From your Documents/Paradox/Imperator/logs/ folder, attach system.log .
