Graphics screen flickering issue in menu and loading screen

Hey i've been playing ck3 just fine on my computer even just earlier today and now i open up and i get this weird screenflickering issue. It only appears in the selection menu and loading screen and disappears when i get into the game. It only appears when i play ck3 and no other games. I've tried re-installing, turning vsync on/off, messing around with my graphics settings but nothing works.

I really have no idea why this is happening to you now; the game itself has not changed for some time!

Try turning off any overlays you have active, such as Steam, Discord, Spotify, Nvidia etc.

There are no overlays at all. Both screen and computer are pretty new but the issue is exklusive to ck3 so i doubt its that which is the issue

Right click on ck3.exe , properties, compatibility. Tick "disable fullScreen optimisations" untick every other box in that dialog, Apply and exit.
Then in the launcher Game Settings menu, select fullScreen display mode, Vsync off, cap refresh rate at 60.

If those don't help:
DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.
IF dxdiag.txt fails to attach here, rename it to dxdiag.log , or zip it up.

Please attach here your Documents/Paradox Interactive/CK3/pdx_settings.txt .
From your Documents/Paradox Interactive/CK3/logs/ folder, attach here system.log , error.log , exceptions.txt

Wierdly it seems to have fixed itself. I now logged on today and issue is gone. However i did see this other guy on reddit that seems to have had the same issue that i had on my PC. Idk what the issue is but i'll post a link to the reddit post maybe you'd know more about why it happened than me. Also thanks
