Can i through scripted guis or something else creat gridboxtype with some interface effect?

Well i am creating new mechanic and i want to creat some sort of new code, but i don't think PDX will allow me to do this...
If you're talking about scripted GUI, I assume you're looking to mod HOI4. You'll want to head over to its modding subforum
