After my initial bug report where my game hung after loading the save, I decided to create a new prison. Now, I have encountered yet another bug where 25 of my 42 guards are frozen in place after I received the influx of prisoners with the random event.
The prisoners that were to be escorted to the holding cell were moved by other guards, giving no reason for these guards to still have this job. I am able to manually move the frozen guards by making them walk to a location, however they remain frozen in that new location as well.
In an effort to fix this, I undesignated the holding cell to encourage them to drop the job, however, this simply changes the message to "Escort Prisoner to *X".
EDIT: It appears this is because I have a bunch of prisoners from that intake stuck in the top left corner, a point which is inaccessible.
The second issue, which I mentioned in my previous post, also affecting my previous save as well as this new one, is that the Guard Tazer Certification is supposedly "outside a valid Work regime" when I change the timeslot despite being in the same room, when guards are supposed to be unaffected by this (with them having no work regime).
In the screenshot, you can see the automatically created (and valid) program created at 6AM in a valid room, however, if I move the program to 5AM in the same room the program is now invalid; even moving the program back to 6AM makes it claim the program is invalid. This should not be the case.
As with the last post, both of these problems occur both in the 32-bit and Safe Mode versions. I am using the latest patch (with the June 26th hotfix, which has made no changes for me).
Loading the December 2018 version of Prison Architect (still provided in the Steam beta branch) has neither of these issues; loading the save in this version causes the guards to immediately start moving, and the Tazer Certification problem does not happen.
