Guards taking breaks at the same time

Hi,
I have a pretty small prison, but I had to hire a lot of guards. This is because a lot of my guards are taking their breaks at the same time. At that point no one can man the cctv station and such. Is this just because I hired them all at the same time, and they are now running on the same schedule or something? I even sometimes have guards doing nothing and just waiting in the security room until they can have a break. If a developer sees this, I would love a feature where I can say to my staff: now you take a break. Or at least something have this fixed so they won't take breaks at the same time.

You could try firing some staff then rehiring them to make their “rest” need more varied.

Unfortunately the only way to control breaks would be to enable staff needs, which makes things a bit more complicated.

Just curious what warden are you running? Don’t use Hawk Hartman as the stamina reset every intake screws up the staff and they end up taking a break at the same time.

Thank you for the feedback and information! I will send this to the team to see if there is something that can be done.

Maybe adding a staff schedule so you can have more control over when the staff should take breaks. for example when the inmates are asleep and so on!
