EU4 1.32.2 don't launch from Epic Games. Delete all mods, but this is didn't help. Crash without dialog, simple close Paradox Launcher

Can you describe what exactly happens when you start eu4 from the launcher and what happens if you start eu4.exe directly?
It is unusual that the launcher closes without showing any error message and without opening an eu4 window.
But what happens if you start eu4.exe directly? Does that give any error message? eu4.exe is in the folder where you installed it. Some common locations are :
C:/Program Files/Epic Games/EuropaUniversalisIV
C:/Program files (x86)/Epic Games Store/My Games/Europa Universalis IV EGS/
