It is time to announce the winners of the H1 2020 ACAs!
First, some statistics:
With that settled, here are the results!
We start with Europa Universalis IV, where 12 AARs were nominated. The winner was Here Dwells God - A Jewish Poland AAR, Part Two, by @Tommy4ever , with 5 votes. Closely followed by The Lion and the Lilly - History of the Angevin Empire and Historical Record of the Regiment de Grenadiers a Pied de Normandie by @Crimson Lionheart and @cm_spitfire respectively on shared second place with 4 points. Shared third place was given to The Mad Princes of Denmark - Mildly Interactive AAR by @quicksabre and Italian Ambitions: A Florence AAR by @JerseyGiants88 with 3 points each.
Second category is Crusader Kings II, where @JabberJock14 ran away from the competition with a whooping 13 points - the most in the entire ACA! They won for their Before Plantagenet - A House D'Anjou AAR . Second place was given to @TheButterflyComposer for their Lancaster: The King in the North with 8 points. Shared thirs place went to @Tommy4ever for the first installment of their Here Dwells God - A Jewish Poland AAR and @Green Rice with their Give 'Em the Ol' Basel Razzle-Dazzle - A Habsburg AAR . Both got 6 points.
The third category is Victoria II, where 14 AARs were nominated. Competition was tough, but in the end @mad orc won with their Jihad on the Savannah: A Vic2 serious Sokoto AAR , with 12 points. Second place went to @DensleyBlair for their Echoes of A New Tomorrow: Life after Revolution in the Commonwealth of Britain with 11 points. Shared thirs place went to @Jape for their May the Sun Never Set: A British AAR and @volksmarschall for their Empire for Liberty: America in the Long Nineteenth Century , both with 8 points.
Next up is Hearts of Iron IV, where 9 AARs were nominated. It was won handily by our resident Fan of the Decade, @stnylan , for his The Thorn of the Rose, with 10 points. Shared second place went to @Le Jones for their A Royal Prerogative - A UK AAR and @RedTemplar for their Patria, Justicia, y Libertad -- Synarchist Mexico AAR , both with 7 points. Third place went to @Henry v. Keiper for their Rise of Eagles - A Dream of White Russian Victory Mod AAR .
Onto the next category, Stellaris had 14 AARs nominated, with first place taken by @RossN for their Stardancers - A Federations AAR , taking 10 points. Second place went to @Chilango2 for their Songs of the Saiiban- A Poetic AAR with 6 points. Third place went to @Rawghi for their Pax Astra - A Stellaris AAR , which got 5 points.
Then we come to the second to last category, Imperator: Rome, which only got 3 AARs nominated. My own Rule Kartago got the top spot, with 4 points. Second place was Dawn of a New Day by @Jehzir , gaining 3 points. On third place came @Stuckenschmidt 's The Eternal City - A Rome AAR with one point.
Last, but certainly not least, comes the Other Games category, as always dominated by Hearts of Iron 3, although other games also got their chance to shine. @Bullfilter got no less than 3 AARs nomintated here, and cashed in on both first and second place! First place was their Europa Universalis: Rome AAR Civis Romanus Sum (An EU-Rome Vae Victis AAR) , gaining 10 votes. Second place went to Talking Turkey: Alternate History from 1936 with 7 points. Second place was shared with @Wraith11B and their Der Adler, der Wolf, und die Sonne: Die Geschichte des Stahlpakts. Shared third place went to @roverS3 's 'Odin' and Stalin's Secret Committee and @Eurasia 's Utsumimiya's War - HoI3(TFH) Japan AAR , both with 6 points.

- The writAARs with the biggest number of AARs in the vote was Bullfilter and yours truly, both with 4 AARs.

- The category with the least AARs nominated was Imperator: Rome, with only three AARs nominated.
