How could drafted serfs know how to fight? Where they armed by their lord or did they use tools like axes and hammers? etc. etc.

well each region is supposed to have unique characteristics and raise different units, so give us some info on different types of possible units (archer, knight, etc) differences between regions, and maybe how they evolved over time or new weapons that were invented in the CK time period.
