Is it possible to active the use of hardware cursor while playing hoi2, so if the game slows down at least the mouse pointer is not ''laggy'' and stays fluid? That would help people with slower machine.
This has already been requested in the improvement suggestion forum, but I though I would ask here if there is already a way to active HW mouse cursor.
