Well i downloadet it again and it still doent work(didnt work 6 months ago eighter) so could you just tell me were can i ge a copy that works and tell me what i'm supposed to do with it

II. Usage:

Start EU2Vic.exe. Choose if you want the population to be converted by checking the box (if not, Vic GC pop is used).
Klick "convert" and you will be prompted a EU2 file to convert. After that you will be prompted a Vic file name to
save the converted game to. Move the converted file to the "scenarios" or the "save games" folder. Start Victoria and
you should be able to load the converted game.

There are special events written for the converter. How they are incorporated with the converter is explained in the
"ReadmeforEvents.txt" file in the "events" folder.

Is there something there you don't understand or is the conversion failing or is the converted game crashing? We want to help but we need to know exactly what the problem is.

edit. the new wersion works fine. there seemed to be somkind of proplem before course it only opened a dos window that did nothing to any comands
