Cant get the cursor to show up. It works because I can Highlight things by guessing but cant see the cursor.

Open the main game directory and open the TC2M.ini file with Notepad, scroll down until you find the Fullscreen=1 and change it to Fullscreen=0 and then save. This should solve your problem.
