Healer question

I think I did ask some similar question a time ago, but as my memory's faulty and quick search on forum and in the files didn't yield much, I will inquire again:

What are the requirements for those out-of-faith-of-seven healers, court physicians ?

Now trying a Wildling start, see no one capable of healer's position in my court, any maesters seem also to be incapable of moving to me on my whim, so... What are the character requirements for this position ?

I never really understood that, but I just invite male characters who have high extremely high Learning and high-tier Learning education. It works most of the times that way. Try also to look for traits such as "erudite", "renowned physician" and "astronomer".

I never have problems with Healers since most of them can fulfill that position. AFAIK the problem for me comes with priests, as unless you have a weirwood tree vassal every learned man can become a healer but barely any a priest.

I believe the character needs to have 15+ learning and maybe a priest education?

There is no priest education in AGOT.

While it is impossible for most religions and cultures to go a child a priest education, it is possible for courtier hired priests (and random spawned couriers) to have the theologian education (which is basically identical to the scientist education).

That's what I meant when I said there's no priest education.

For old gods and wildings i have found that courtiers with the zealous trait can fill the priest position.
