A. No Time Limit is not supported by the C.O.R.E. team but many players use it without problems.

Can you explain how to attach the no time limit patch to core ? It is not possible to patch the core.exe. Does this exe uses the hoi.exe later ?

yes you should patch the HOI.EXE. The Core.exe only loads the mod-dir function and such.
