Okay so two problems I cant seem to figure out at the moment. Some help please would be awesome!

First, I have followed this guide: https://xylozi.wordpress.com/eu4/eu4-adding-custom-models/

However it does not appear in-game. It does show up on JoroDox's tool (texture and all). First I thought the size would be too small so I've made it ten times larger and it still doesn't appear in-game. The files I've uploaded is the product of this guide. Second, I have followed this: http://www.stellariswiki.com/Maya_exporter

What I haven't tried properly is exporting it from Maya with the Maya Exporter. Every time I tried to export, it keeps telling me that I haven't selected a phong shader (every time I select the "Add shader attr") and when I click export nothing happens. So could someone please explain to me in detail what to do exactly?

When the building doesn't appear in your game, is there anything about it in the error log ? (in console : type "error")

For the export in maya, you have to :
-open the pluggin windows
-select the material phong in hypershade maya windows
-in the pluggin windows clic "add shader attr"
-Export

You add a node in the phong shader with the pluggin , and AFTER the plug export all object with a phong'node ;)

edit :
-the model seem's too big, about 10 to 100 units to much >< don't change scale on your maya scene, you can interact with scale unit ingame in your gfx/asset file (scale = 1.0)
-textures are too big too, prefer more 256 pix maximum, the normal map is not right you have to use the script exporter for photoshop (it's in the clausewitz archive)

Okay I have another question. I wanted to export another building I imported from 3D Workshop. However it launches Stellaris and tries to make me type something along the line of "mesh flute". When I hit "Record" it crashes everytime... What am I doing wrong?
