Help! CK3 crash on start since 1.14.3 update from Steam, PDX Launcher, and .EXE

CK3 crashes from the launcher and the .EXE everytime I try to play it.
I tried rolling back to 1.12.5 to see if it was a patch error, the crashes continued.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, that did not help either.

The crash reporter is also not working. I give me a failure to send everytime I try to sumbit a crash report.

Do you have Avast or Norton's antivirus? You need to make sure all these apps are in its exceptions lists:

ck3.exe (in the Steam CK3/binaries folder)
dowser.exe (in the Steam CK3/launcher folder)
C:/users/{username}/AppData/Local/Programs/Paradox Interactive/launcher-v2.2025.2/paradox launcher.exe
C:/users/{username}/AppData/Local/Programs/Paradox Interactive/bootstrapper-v2.exe

IF that doesn't help, Right click on Documents in the left column of File Explorer, just under This PC there. Go to properties, location. What does it say there?

I have Norton.

I added them to the list but it still crashes.

Document folder location is: C:\Users\magla\OneDrive\Documents

It works now.
I had to go into Norton and manually apply all the exceptions.
It did not apply automatically.
