whenever i try to start stellaris i get a popup saying "Bootstrapper error. Could not start launcher."
i have tried everything i could find on google, all the way to wiping every trace of paradox from my PC, restarting, reinstalling, whitelisting to Anti-V, and running in admin.
as well as doing the same thing while completely disabling AV, on both steam and the paradox launcher.
if i force the stellaris.exe to run in admin it will open straight to the game, but no matter what i try i can't get the launcher to work.
Any solutions are greatly appreciated!
