Help!! Game crashes everytime Xbox series X

So the game loads to the main screen, then I press A to start and it tries to load, then just crashes everytime and I end up at the Xbox dashboard.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, tried wiping my saves. Neither of those work.

Used work fine on the Xbox one. ‍

We know it runs on the Xbox X in general, so I don't know why you would have this problem.

Please try this:

- uninstall the game from the XBox

- clear the XBox cache and game files (save game data)

- install the game again
