Help: How to change train station tracks to monorail one

I want to connect my multi-platform train station with monorail. I downloaded this train station from steam community before, but I don't know how to replace one of the train station tracks with a monorail one. I try to delete the train track and place a monorail station track in the asset editor. It seems like the track can't link to the platform, no passenger comes thus. Would some one like to tell me how to replace it correctly? Or give me some advice to make a such station with the asset editor.
