Help me find this mod

So I had to reinstall my CK and DV but unfortunately I cannot remember which graphics mod it was I used to use. It's not a big deal of course, but I liked the character portraits and traits textures the mod offered. Here's some screenshots:

I can't seem to find anything resembling these from the modding forums.


EDIT: Alright, I found the mod for traits, but still looking for the one replacing the king and duchy frames.
