I want to mod out rebels. Or to be more specific: I am going to start a game as the Byzantine Empire and I want to mod out the +2 revolt risk for wrong culture provinces. I have the feeling I won't be able to enjoy the game if I have to kill rebels constantly. Other kind of rebellions I don´t mind. It is the wrong culture rebellions that annoys me. They are too frequent, and my vassals won´t fight them on their own. I have never been a fan of repetitive gameplay.
