I'm playing as the Lady of Deepdown. I've formed the High Lordship of Skagos, with my eldest son holding Driftwood Hall and a random vassal holding Kingshouse. My eldest son just became Lord Paramount of the Riverlands. I had expected him to inherit the High Lordship of Skagos as well, since he's my eldest and I'm using Primo succession laws. However, now that he's the Lord Paramount of the Riverlands, he's no longer me heir (his younger brother is). It shows that next in line is his youngest brother's legitimized bastard, so it looks like my eldest is completely out of the line of succession. What caused this? I was really hoping that when the Lady died, I'd start playing as Lord Paramount of the Riverlands as well as the High Lordship of Skagos.

Does it stay that wait after saving and reloading? Does it say that way after waiting a few months?

The mod has some serious issues calculating succession. I saw the Tyrells lose The Reach because a random vassal inherited rather than any of the sons under Primo. The AI just doesn't calculate succession correctly when titles change hands, especially when a megawar has temporarily jumbled everything. Normally, it will get calculated properly if you wait a few months, but it can be irritating if the current holder dies while you're waiting.

I had something similar playing as the Hornwoods- my son should have become the High Lord of both the Hornwood and Dreadfort, but the eldest was only going to inherit the Hornwood, the second would have inherited the Dreadfort. Maybe it is intentional?

Succession calculations are completely unmoddable, so any wierdness is a vanilla issue.

In the mod however, the rule where titles cannot be inherited outside a kingdom applies to all levels of crown authority, not just high.

That explains why my eldest son wasnt my heir anymore when he was about to inherint some county in the reach.
