I created this localisation csv file but for some reason it just keep break the in-game texts instead of
putting tool-tip description as I wanted. I followed all the guideline in the wiki step by step and double and triple checked
but still no avail.
Had a friend at discord look over my file but he just told me while he can view the localisation file when it is in xlsx. format,
he could not open the csv file at all.

But the only difference between them is that I just renamed the original xlsx file as csv.
that is all I did and I am not sure what went wrong.

If any of you has excel can you tell me what is wrong with my file?

It was made with excel 2013.

Here is the prt screen copy of the actual localisation file in case you don't want to open the actual file I attached.

I am at the end of my wits, please help
