I don't know what else to do so I have decided to post here in the forums since I cannot request help via the "make a ticket" option. Let me explain.

I have been trying the last hour or so to log onto my Paradox account and it would keep saying that the username or password was wrong, so I decided to reset my password. I sent the email to myself and changed it and it still says that the password is wrong. What is happening here? I have also noticed that Paradox even struggles to send a password reset email because it takes me like 20 clicks before it finally goes through.

I just want to have access to my account and have this ordeal be over with, but I can't even directly email support now, it has to be done through a ticket via the main Paradox Website. Which I can't access because my password or username doesn't not align. So, my only hope for help was to post here.

Don't worry tons of people are also having the same issues, on steam discussions, discord servers etc. The log in servers seem to have been having issues for the last 5+ hours. I and many others have the same exact issues. Cant log in the on launcher, website, or even reset my password which gives me the same exact error as you. I've also verified this on another separate system with a totally different internet connection and the same issues occurred its just a paradox issue with the servers. so Hopefully they fix it soon or atleast give some sort of update so no need to worry that it's just you.
 
I'm happy to hear I'm not the only one having an issue here, has Paradox said anything about this? I'm really stressed out and wanted to play some Crusader King 3 but I can't update the Launcher or even log into my account via the Steam Launcher.

Sadly they haven't the closest we have gotten is some of the discord mods mentioning they have told the community team, but sadly no actual update from anyone who works at paradox, a little disappointing if i'm being honest as it has been going on for 6 or 7 hours and im sure a lot of people are freaking out thinking their launchers are broken on their own end and maybe even wasting their time having to reinstall and reset them for no reason.
