I don't know what else to do so I have decided to post here in the forums since I cannot request help via the "make a ticket" option. Let me explain.
I have been trying the last hour or so to log onto my Paradox account and it would keep saying that the username or password was wrong, so I decided to reset my password. I sent the email to myself and changed it and it still says that the password is wrong. What is happening here? I have also noticed that Paradox even struggles to send a password reset email because it takes me like 20 clicks before it finally goes through.
I just want to have access to my account and have this ordeal be over with, but I can't even directly email support now, it has to be done through a ticket via the main Paradox Website. Which I can't access because my password or username doesn't not align. So, my only hope for help was to post here.
