srry if this isnt the right place to ask, but will victoria work with windows vista?
heres my system info
Windows Vista- Home Premium
AMD Athlon 64 X2 dual core processor 4800+ 2.5Ghz
32-bit operating system
1.75 GB RAM
also, is it possible to get buy Windows XP and then install it over Vista?
and if so, how much does a copy of Windows XP cost?

I can't help you with the XP questions, but all my PI games run just fine on my Vista machine.

I run Victoria on a Vista machine, and have so far not had any problems.
It's not possible to install xp within Vista, like you would with for example office.
But you can make a dual install. meaning that you install both on seperate HD's or partitions. This way you can choose which operating system to start when you turn on your computer
