I'm playing Germany in 1939 campaign. I am getting non-stop pop-ups telling me that Djbouti has been lost to the despicable troops of Italy, who is in alliance with me! The game is running out of control, can't even pause after a while! I've landed my troops there, no effect. Trying to get 1 remaining Italian division out of there. Saving and reloading did not fix it. Anyone know what's up??? Thanks, Mark.

Sounds like maybe the game got corrupted or encountered a bug, not really what this forum is for, see the sticky thread for submitting bugs.

You may want to try editng the save and removing the problem from there, if you do not know how to do that, then you may want to ask for some help in the Scenario and editing forum.

OK. Thanks. I ended up reloading the save as Italy and dismantling the Littorio Armored Division, one of Italy's best units, to give the province to Germany, and that worked.....so far.

I have come across this problem too. During a game where i was playing as germany, the US invaded portugal an ally of mine, and i sent bulgarian troops to get rid of the americans. Portugal turned german but the pop-up kept coming up every hour until i forced into the log. The only way i could fix this was not by a reload but by placing german troops of greater numbers in those provinces or withdraw them altogether.
