Good day anyone,

I'm new to Stellaris modding, but not new to modding in general. I did a copple of Mods for various games, including Galactic Civilizations and Distant Worlds, so I should know my way around. It just seems like I don't.

I got a nasty problem trying to make a Mod that imports custom settings for the Sol system. The problem is, it would work for using any of the default species, but whenever I edit the race to apply a custom start system, it would default back to the default system setup.

In particular I started of with adding Mars's tiny moons to see if things work out, but can't find any solution to the problem I mentioned. Been browsing thorugh all the solar_system_starter files, and the only files I found directly messing with Sol, is the sol_initializers.txt(which I changed), and the federations_initializers.txt(which I tried changing).

So, how does it default back to the original Sol setup whenever I choose custom System/Sector setup?
