So, I'm playing the WATK map and somewhere around 1697 the game always crashes. It's a long time since I last played EU and I can't remember what to do to find out what is causing the crash. I got a save that goes quite close to the crash and this I have already figured out:
The day the crash happens is not always the same, and it is not the end of the month so it's not a revolter.
If I run the game with all the event files the game crashes the day after the russian event that allies them with denmark(doesn't exist) and poland(me) and declares war with russia.
If I comment that out, the game seems to crash when I go to war against sweden.
If i comment out the swedish event file, I can fight a war against sweden but the game seems to crash randomly after the war.
what to do next? Is it all just a cunning plan by paradox to make sure swedes cannot lose the the great northern war?
