Help with downloading patch

Select "Tools" pull down menu, then Internet options, then Security options, then click on the custom button, Scroll down the list untill you see "File Downloads" Make sure this is set to enabled.
BTW What publisher made your game?

Try reseting your security to medium.
If that does not work:
Try running the program directly from the site.
