help with EU2vic

hi im just new there an i was wondering if someone could help me with the EU2vic converter files heres my problem

now i don't have much experience with mods so a lot of help might me needed i extract the files to a folder on my hard-drive an i try to start the converter and all it says is failed to load local set-up data files programme is exiting..... now ive looked for solutions and have been unable to find any, any help will be much aprecated

Is there a subfolder called "Data" in the folder where the Eu2Vic program is located? The Data folder should contain seven .txt files

nope no folders only the converter and some text documents and the converter file itself

Looks like your unzipper doesn't unzip it into subfolders. I don't know how to change that, but you can do that by hand.

In the EU2VIC folder create the subfolder "Data"
Copy the following files into the "Data" subfolder: Province.txt, Cultures.txt, Countries.txt, Globaldata.txt, Factories.txt, Includes.txt, Header.txt

(the .txt might not be visible)

The program should be able to run now.
