Help with Ironman save crashing when loading

Hi All,

Every time I load my latest game save file the game crashes. All other save files work ok. I tired fixing the integrity of game files with Steam and did not help. I think it is an issue with my save. I understand that the game does not like version changes. As far as I know, my game did not get updates and the version has not changed. Please see attached.
