Help with modging get Violation error.

Hi guys. I was editing Grells westeros mod to make the scenario a bit different

but after I edited teh files I keep on getting a violation error after I choose a country to play and load it up.

the error is 0044915b

I uploaded the edited files here

I've edited the scenario file, titles and countries only

could someone please help me out with this?

ok I forgot to edit characters to be in their new courts...

still I get a new error:

EXCEPTION: 0xC0000005 at address: 0x00588A5F: ACCESS VIOLATION read attempt to address 0x00000360


any idea what I could have forgotten to edit?
