Help with number of legions

How can I increase the amount of standing armies I can form?

Edit the standing_army_events and standing_army_decisions files. Ctl+F "standing_army_5" and every instance of it, add more after in exactly the same format as the others. I'll attach mine, they'll allow for up to 10 legions.
