HELP with patch 1.06c!!!

I cant download it!!! When i click on the patch from Castellon's post, it got me to an error site, which i think its because i cant get to www.paradoxplaza.com. Can any1 put the link for patch 1.06c of HOI just like what Johan did with 1.3c of Victoria? PLEASEEEEEEE...

I'm also trying to find the 1.06c patch file. I've been looking around for it and cannot seem to find it anywhere... Paradox's copy is missing, SR's is corrupted and CORE's site redirects you back to Paradox...

At the CORE site: It lists two options make sure you pick the one that says mirror!
