I have the unpleasant feeling of having become a ping-pong ball.
I have a recurring problem with Cities Skylines Industries regarding the technical impossibility of placing certain game resources.
I talk about it to my Instant Gaming seller ... who sends me to the Steam download platform ... which sends me back to the designer Paradox Interactive who, today, after reflection and observation of the problem and several exchanges, actually admits ... and me offers two solutions: 1) Notify the developer (which he gives me no coordinates) - 2) See the community for a possible solution!

Sorry, so I throw my bottle overboard to the community to find out if there is a solution, to solve my problem explained in the attached document. I will be truly grateful that a charitable soul can show me a process.
Maybe, eventually, I will have to uninstall the software to solve the problem.
