I have a problem. I am making a Byzantine Scenario for EU 1, I took IGC 2.3, saved it with Byzantium as an option, and started modifying. My first attemt ended in disaster, I removed Turkey w/o removing their Alliances, so I played it safe and kept Turkey its capital.
I then edited, made Byzantium a bunch of armies, vassalages, and provinces, it worked fine.
then I switched spains controll over a few provinces to Rebels, added another Rebel army in Spain, and added a description for Byzantium.
I tested, and it crashed. I tried twice more, and CRASH, CRASH, it doesn't work, and I don't know why.
