I have a saved game that I have been working on for months and now it won't save, won't autosave, and won't load. Constantly says it needs more virtual memory. I upgraded the virtual memory and it still won't save. Also, the saved games are turning into 200 mb files (is that normal). I have a logitech wireless mouse (is that a problem?). The computer is only about 11/2 years old, but is a laptop.

It is a really sad situation, as I am really into this game and want to continue it... Can anyone help me?

Here are some of my computer stats:

CPU: Mobile Intel (R) Pentium (R) III processor-M
Clock Frequency: 1000/733 MHz
System Memory: 256 MBytes
Cache Memory: 512 KBytes
Video Memory: 16 MBytes
Internal HDD: Sony Corporation
Model Name: PCG-GR270K (UC)
BIOS Version R0222c0/RK222c0
OS Version: 5.00.2195Service Pack 2

Let me know what other info you may need.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated, as I really love this game and don't want to stop playing it.

Thx.

I have downloaded it and run it on my saved game and it reduced that file size from 167mb to 6mb!!!

Question-- will this help me with my problem of trying to save games and the system crashing out to the desktop? Or do I need to do something else?

Thanks.

I would think that it was most likely the cause, when the save file starts to get up there in size run the fix.
