Here's what I have so far

1)I have 12 propaganda posters for the descriptions on countries
So far I have an ANZAC, Brit, French, New Zealand, US, Australia, 2 Germans, Canadian, Italy, and Russia. Haven't seen a thread for Posters so I had to make a new one.

2)I did some research and I have 27 military leaders for Austria-Hungary w/ 36x50 pics and I have 22 leaders w/o a pic. These leaders have correct rank, but you'll have to change their skills depending on what u want to do with them, and their ID starts at 0001-0049. Also the label for Austria-Hungary that I used was ASH so if there's already a diffrent tag then that will have to be changed.

3) Hope it helps a little, now I gotta find some Japanese and Belgium leaders.

Good job johnscorndogs. How you did all this in a dumpster is beyond me... You might also want to write a description for those countries to go with the posters. (Maybe the other countries too.)

...Ohh and of course GOD SAVE THE KING!!!

But on a different note who is working on country descriptions right now if anybody? I could maybe handle a couple just give me a list of some ones you need done and I'll do my work for the TGW Crew.
 
I'll do Great Britain, Hejaz, Nejd etc :)

I think the decriptions on the original HOI generally stretch back quite far so it might only be necessary to curtail the post-1914 detail.

I think the Kitchener poster would still be most appropriate for the British Empire, as opposed to a Canadian or Australian poster.

The most famous moutache in the British Army, until 1916, at least. It has to be the one.

Has there been any thought of uising punch cartoons or such like. there are some excellent cartoons of the kaiser, they might give some contemporary flavour.
 
I think the point of the propaganda poster in HOI is to give the player an impression of greatness concerning the country they were going to play. I'm not sure the Punch always put the Kaiser in this light ;) (the "dropping the pilot" cartoon comes to mind)

I cannot argue with that, but they are excellent cartoons.

I don't know, there is always the Kaiser to consider, and Napoleon III had a pretty handsome one too. I see it as a three horse race.
