Heresiarch trait missing when heresy outbreaks

Description​

When the heresy outbreaks there is en events asking you if you would like to convert to it. Unfortunately if you agree you don;t get the Heresiarch trait, neither the 'leader' of that heresy or any other ruler that converts, making the event practically pointless. The leader of the heresy gets that trait during the event but just after the event the trait disappears.

Steps to reproduce​

Once any heresy outbreaks accept it.
