encountered this bug twice, on the army build screen i select to build 4 thousand infantry but before I click ok, a event pops up e.g we have competed for trade in Venice and saxony lost a merchant, if i click ok on build army BEFORE closing the event window i get charged for the army units but they don't build

Is that how it happens? It happened to me a couple of times when I was testing other things and was too absorbed to note what circumstances were going on.

it was definately when i had an event window open of some description, might not of been about competing a merchant away though (does that matter) but i can be certain that it was not a scripted event like the nobles want old rights e.c.t, to be more precise it wasent an event were i had a choice to make
