Highway Dead End Bug

Hi

I was about to reorganize my Highway and now i cant get it connected anymore. Hard to explain sorry.
when i connect my to end of the highway (doesnt matter which type of highway) it always shows up the sign for "dead end" or "no connection".

Did you check the direction of the both Highways?

I have the same problem. Look at screenshots:

Is it over for this town? No matter what I do, the Highway says it is not connected. And i cant destroy it - game says it is not in city borders.
