Highway superelevation / cant / tilt / banked turn

Presently, all roads are flat. The highways could really use a road tilt feature to prevent trucks and cars from leaning too much on the turns.

yeah, if its possible, it would be a lot of fun if curved sections of highway had a bit of cant too them. even if it was just one of two small angles depending on the radius of the bend.
