Historical Events.CSV versus Historical Events.txt

What is the difference between these two files?

which one does the game auctually read from?

I am asking this because I have just reecntly compared these two files in the IGC, and found that they do not match each other...I thought they were supposed to both be the same?

I thought it was the reverse - that historicaleventsmonarchs.txt was the one used. There is also revolts.txt that I think is the primary one (instead of the csv). Maybe I'm confusing the two.

The Time for Troubles for example isn't in the txt file. It's the text file for revolts though.

SO the .CSV file is what the game uses for the HistoricalEvents

but the .TXT file is what is read for the revolts file in the game?

any rhyme or reason what the others historical events file (.TXT) is there for, and what it may do????
