1) there are still only three scenario folders: 1936, 1939, 1941. the "eug" files, which determine which scenario files are to be loaded, are different only in name.
2) yes, you would need to have an english and italian text.csv and switch between those files.
3) go to db/scenarios and delete the two "*.eug" files with english names.
