HoI 2 Complete STEAM crash few minutes starting play

I'd used the compatibility mode, trying to play with diferent nations and diferents years, but always, the game crashes few minutes I started to play

What 's the problem and how can I solve it?

I have the HoI 2 : Arma + 1.3 beta patch
