HOI 2 Grand Flag Request

I saw this in the HOI forums and I thought maybe we can do this for HOI 2 to so here it is:

Some information I saw on the other thread so:

(1) Post a picture or link of the flag you want created
(2) Be patient
(3) When posting pictures make sure they do not exceed 700 pixels total width...
