Description
New Baltic focus trees are able to be played without having the DLC purchased. Included is a step by step video of doing the bug.

Steps to Reproduce
1) Select a Baltic nation
2) Appoint Fascist Demagogue or Communist Revolutionary
3) Ignite civil war and win
4) You're done

Thanks for the report. The issue should be fixed in the newest update. Please check if after updating the game the issue persists. If so, please let me know!

Still works as of Barbarossa v1.11.3.b175 (33b6), screenshot from playing today and doing facist civil war. Did not try with communist. Actually you can see here that it bypasses the main focuses and allows you to go down the commie path still despite being facist.

And a screentshot showing that it is indeed very much possible to go down the communist path after doing the facist war.
